So we have adopted what we believe is a sensible, sensitive approach to housekeeping, one that will make you comfortable as both a guest of our hotel and a resident of our planet. Our schedule includes Light Touch days and Full Clean Days.

Full Clean – The complete refresh!
Full Clean services take place every 5th day of your stay. Including weekends. And, of course, we perform a Full Clean between guest stays.

• Trash emptied
• Dishwasher operated
• Bathroom sanitized
• Used towels replaced
• Recycling collected
• Paper towels replaced
• Essential toiletries replaced
• Coffee and tea replenished

Light Touch – The basic sweep ‘n’ clean
Light Touch services will take place every weekday of your stay, except when a Full Clean is scheduled. On weekends, Light Touch housekeeping is only available by dialing 0 to request.

• High traffic areas vacuumed
• Bed made (no linen change)
• Trash emptied
• Dishwasher operated (if full)
• Towels left on floor replaced
• Recycling collected
• Coffee and tea replenished
